Returns

You have 30 days to return your order, counted from the day you received your parcel. EU law gives online shoppers at least 14 days to cancel a purchase – with us you get 30.

How to cancel your purchase

1. Fill in the cancellation form further down the page, or contact us.
2. We'll send you instructions on how to return the item.
3. Send the item back no later than 14 days after you've told us.

Refunds

We refund the full amount, including the shipping cost for standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice that you're cancelling the purchase. We may hold the refund until we've received the item back or you've shown that you've sent it. The money is refunded to the payment method you used.

Damaged or faulty items

If the item is damaged or faulty, you have the right to make a complaint. Contact us with your order number and preferably a photo, and we'll help you.
